Tony Spencer

Managing Director

Qualifications: BE (Civil), MBA, FIEAust, CPEng, EngExec, NER, APEC Engineer IntPE(Aus), RBP

Tony has over 35 years’ experience in the design and management of a broad range of structural and civil engineering projects. His experience incorporates an impressive mix of major industrial, medical, commercial, sports, aquatics and recreational buildings. Understanding and satisfying client needs, flexibility and availability, tailoring solutions and focusing on deliverables at all stages of a project are core to this approach.

James Tabban

Director

Qualifications: BE (Hons) (CivInfra), RBP

Based on over 15 years of Structural, Civil and Aquatic Engineering experience, James partners with his clients to conduct all the necessary work to bring projects to fruition and to make the built environment safe, functional and feasible. With a focus on delivering superior customer service and embracing stakeholder engagement, James is committed to collaborating with the project team, step by step through each phase of the project, from inception through to completion.

Tass Palios

Director

Qualifications: BE (Civil), Dip Mun Eng, Grad Dip Construction Management

Tass is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 33 years ‘of extensive experience in the design and project management of large-scale land developments. His strength lies in his ability to lead projects from the planning and conceptual design phases through to completion of construction. Innovation and a hands-on approach are central to his client service offerings. Clients benefit from his active involvement during all development stages and the extensive experience he continually brings to projects.

Eric Sfyridis

Director

Qualifications: BE (Civil), ME (ProjMgt), MIEAust, CPEng

Eric is a qualified Civil Engineer with a Master of Engineering in Project Management and Chartered Professional status (CPEng) with the Institute of Engineer’s Australia, and has over 26 years’ experience in the design, contract administration and project management of land development, municipal and infrastructure civil projects. In his role as a Project Director, Eric partners with clients and project stakeholders to help deliver some of Victoria’s largest and award-winning urban development projects.
