The Details
Alamanda Estate is a 130ha site containing 1,500 residential lots, delivered in an 18-stage master planned community. The estate featured multiple wetlands for water quality measures with numerous viewing platforms and timber boardwalks.
The various parks and provision of walking and cycling tracks throughout further enhanced the environmental features of this award-winning residential development.
Creo Consultants personnel provided civil engineering and contract administration services for this project.
