The Details
Armstrong is one of regional Victoria’s largest residential developments. It is a 2,600ha master planned community nestled within 24ha of parks, wetlands, sporting fields, green spaces that will deliver 2,500 residential lots to regional Victoria’s largest city, Geelong and surrounding regional areas.
The estate has been designed to include key community facilities and infrastructure to sustain the future growth of residential and commercial communities to this region. The provision of numerous inter connecting wetlands along the Armstrong Creek corridor have been designed to manage and treat storm water runoff from the Estate ensuring industry best practice in water quality.
